If you have one specific injury or pain, you will experience more targeted techniques, such as Myofascial Release, Trigger Point Therapy or Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization (IASTM). Our therapist will approach the treatment with your specific needs in mind, resulting in more individualized treatment.

30 Minute Massage Therapy Treatment

Our therapist will approach the treatment with your specific needs in mind, resulting in more individualized treatment. 

60 Minutes Massage Therapy Treatment 

Initial Appointment is for NEW Lymphedema Clients. The appointment will consist of filling out documents, setting treatment goals and measurements if applicable. Hands-on massage/MLD Manual Lymphatic Drainage vary in time and will not be the full 60 minutes. Please note:  bandages are not supplied as part of the appointment, if needed, will accur additional charges. 
Complete Decongestive Therapy (CDT) is the most successful treatment for chronic extremity lymphedema. Post mastectomy lymphedema and other related conditions respond extremely well to this gentle, non-invasive, and highly effective therapy.  
CDT consists of the following four steps:
1. Manual Lymph Drainage (MLD)
2. Compression Therapy
3. Exercises
4. Skin Care

Initial Lymphedema Assessment

30 Minutes - Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD) or Complete Decongestive Therapy (CLT) Bandaging Session. 
MLD is a gentle treatment, promoting general relaxation and for cleansing (detoxification) of the skin and superficial fascia. In lymphedema therapy MLD is used to reroute the lymph flow around blocked areas into healthy lymph vessels, which drain into the venous circulation.
This appointment length would be suitable for a single area to be addressed, either for lymphatic drainage or bandaging session. Time constraints do not allow for both. Please note that bandages are not supplied as part of the appointment, and if needed, will incur additional charges.

30 Minutes Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD)

60 minute - This appointment would be suitable for a full Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD) treatment and/or Complete Decongestive Therapy (CDT) with bandaging. 
MLD is a gentle treatment, promoting general relaxation and for cleansing (detoxification) of the skin and superficial fascia. In lymphedema therapy MLD is used to reroute the lymph flow around blocked areas into healthy lymph vessels, which drain into the venous circulation.
This would also be an appropriate appointment length for a larger post-op area. Please note that bandages are not supplied as part of the appointment, and if needed, will incur additional charges.

Coming Soon - Complete Decongestive Therapy (CDT) is one of the most effective treatments for lymphedema and other related conditions. CDT is a non-invasive, multicomponent approach which consists of a combination of manual lymph drainage (MLD), compression therapy, decongestive exercises, and skin care.
